My name is Lucian Auriel Celestine, a name I gave to myself when as a testament to the ministry I am called to preach, my name means Light of the Heavens, (middle name which I don't legally have yet means God Is My Light, as I don't wish to profess heresy by proclaiming to be God) I was a security guard for 5 years before I got in a spot of legal trouble when I was working for Black Hills Patrol that sent my life on a downward spiral, but now I am the Chaplain of The Templar Agency a Security Company/Church which I established in My Mother's Name (God Bless the Holy Name of Israel), I am an experienced security guard, experienced enough to teach my Craft to these Children of God looking for redemption in the Eyes of their Father.
I have not let any of the adversities in my life keep me down, and trust me they are great, but the more I am pressured the better I work. There are many convicted Felons out there who just want to lead an honest life and a Criminal population lost to the allure of the temptations the devil offer's, we therefore wish to employ the most marginalized of society as a form of charity, and with their help we will be able to reduce the overall crime rate here in rapid city or at the very least protect the good citizens of our Holy Nation. We also wish to set up a jail and prison ministry here in South Dakota but by what means we will accomplish this it is not known. We believe strongly in being the Light to those who have experienced the worst hardship there is to experience a United States Penitentiary and there is a code among those in Prison that makes men of honor, the harsh conditions of these places leads one to be penitent (thus the name penitentiary) but also causes people to always be in a state of alertness in case someone tries to beat them or stab them. This state of alertness does not go away upon being released, so why not use it in the capacity of security? If the Man is penitent why not let him work under the banner of the same Law that once oppressed him? For we all recognize that the Law was designed to protect the Citizens of this Holy Nation, therefore we also ascribe to a good portion of Sacred Law at least those here at the Agency.
Now imagine using that scripture to transform convicted felons into willing servants of the Law. That they may be classed as Angels who serve to protect the Law, at least in the eyes of God who Ordained the Law in the first place. And we must, we must protect the most sacred of all the Laws of the Bible.
That we must purge Evil from the midst of Israel.
I will strive towards this goal by preaching judicial and legislative reform. As I have always done (in regards to rapists and pedophiles)
Imagine a security company that is more worried about the safety of citizens than abiding by 'legal protections' for example Securitas security officers here in Rapid City (or any other security company aside from the Templar Agency) will not go off property of a 'client' to assist a citizen being assaulted even if it were across the street and the person's life were in danger. Our 'security guards' are different we style them as 'Constables' because unlike security guards of other agencies our 'Constables' WILL go off property to assist a citizen in distress and to perform a citizen's arrest if necessary, we are after all Citizens of The United States and have a duty to protect other Citizens especially when you're licensed as a Officer overseeing the safety of the public, there should be no reason that these Security companies should 'cower' under fear of legal repercussions because the Law is on the side of those serving and protecting the innocent because the first 'client' of a Security Officer is the Citizen, not the Company rather how horrible it would look on a company if an innocent person were killed across the street while their security guard stood around and did absolutely nothing but 'call the police' because it was 'off property' I'm sure the victim's family will be great consoled by that riveting adherence to an error in the protocol of human decency.
